Your customers are the bread and butter of your business. Without them, you ain't got nothing. So, why not give them a voice and ask for their thoughts? It's not rocket science, it's just something that can be easily overlooked.

Now, for the survey tool. There are plenty of options out there, but here are two popular ones that are easy to use and won't break the bank:
Remember to ask for their email addresses, names, and possibly phone numbers so you can know who submitted each answer!
So, don't be a t-shirt brand owner who neglects their customers' opinions. Take 30 minutes out of your day and survey your customers. Trust us, the insights you'll gain will be worth it. And who knows, you might even learn something new about your customers that'll surprise you.
